Sales Representative for Romania and Serbia | PVC Profile Systems for Window Manufacturing

A European manufacturer and supplier of PVC profile systems for uPVC window production is seeking a business partner to support the development of its market presence in Romania and Serbia.

We are looking for a professional who understands the local market, has connections within the window manufacturing industry, and is capable of identifying and developing new business opportunities. This is not an administrative sales position. We are seeking someone who can build long-term business relationships and actively expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and acquire new customers for PVC profile systems.
  • Conduct business negotiations with uPVC window manufacturers.
  • Develop and strengthen business relationships in the Romanian and Serbian markets.
  • Present our product portfolio and technical solutions to customers.
  • Cooperate closely with the manufacturer's technical and logistics teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and business development progress.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales within the construction industry, window manufacturing, profile systems, or a related sector.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and business environment.
  • Existing contacts among uPVC window manufacturers will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong self-motivation, business drive, and the ability to generate new opportunities.
  • Excellent command of Romanian or Serbian.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel.

Compensation

We prefer a combination of a fixed monthly fee and a commission-based remuneration system.

Expected compensation model:

  • Fixed monthly remuneration: EUR 2,000–3,000
  • Commission based on newly acquired business and sales turnover
